Reminder that BOTIS X will be the weekend of July 16-18, and Oktoberfest will be October 1-3. Becky is the autocrat/event steward for BOTIS X. Mike is the autocrat for Oktoberfest.

Pursuivant (Bart Wright)

Quarterly report has been sent. Bart is now an official SCA member.

Exchequer (Geralyn Turner)

Quarterly report was sent in after some problems were wolved. Info will be posted in the next newsletter.

Altenberg has approximately $1400 in the bank for the next event.

The tentative date of the demo has been changed. It will be March 19^th or April 23^rd or April 30^th. Joy will contact the shire when the date has been set.

Old Business

BOTIS X

There was a planning meeting at Becky's at 3pm on March 7^th.

Danny will be the head chef (feast-o-crat). Geralyn is interested in doing children's activities, with Bart's help.

Oktoberfest

Joy is interested in doing a stone soup again as "feast".

New Business

Shire Yard Sale

The Somewhat Annual Shire Yard Sale will be June 4-5, at Jerry and Geralyn's parent's house in Grosse Pointe Park.

Thursday evening (June 3^rd, 6-9pm), bring your sale stuff to the house so we can sort it before Friday.

Times will be: Friday 9am-2pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Either bring your stuff to Geralyn's house before the 3^rd, or to Jeanne and Jerry's house on the 3^rd. PLEASE, clean your stuff before bringing it!

Potential new officer

Bob is interested in becoming Chirurgeon. He will find the information he needs for the position.

Fish Fly Demo

Bob will be in charge of getting a demo together for the Fish Fly Festival in New Baltimore. (Date to be announced later.)
