Officer Changes

• Minister of Arts & Sciences has stepped down. Becky Klein volunteered for the position.
• Web Minister has stepped down. Jerry Bocci volunteered for the position.

New Business

The Shire's Wassail and Mongolian Gift Grab will be Saturday, February 19^th at Mike & Becky's house, 7:00 pm. Directions and Gift Grab "rules" were passed out at the meeting.

There will be a BOTIS XI meeting on Sunday, February 29^th at Mike & Becky's house at 3pm.

Altenberg Tavern will be held at Mike & Becky's house after the BOTIS XI meeting.

Battle of the Inland Seas XI News

• At the St. Valentine's Day Feast and Massacre, flyers were passed around.
  Flyers will continue to be passed out at events.
• Several merchants were approached about coming to the event - most were very interested in coming.
  To encourage more merchants, there will be no merchant or site fee at BOTIS XI.
  We have received one email from a merchant confirming attendance.
• The next BOTIS XI planning meeting will be Sunday, February 29^th at Mike & Becky's house at 3pm.
